SL series are wire-bondable multilayer ceramic capacitors, these are thinner than Y series and especially suitable for high density IC packages. It has low impedance and also excellent electrical characterization at high frequency ranges. Available for custom-made requirements.

These items are Chip Type 3-Tarminal Capacitors which are best for high frequency noise reduction of DC power lines. Effective noise reduction in wide range of frequency bands with our lineup; small size/ high capacitance. CNH 10 and 20 Series are easy to handle since they do not have specific rules for mounting direction. CNH 20, 31, 30 and 32 series support the large current specification (~ 6A), and are effective in protecting the DC power line from EMI. Technologies of multilayer chip type ceramic capacitors have been applied to this 3-terminal structures, and they support surface mount technlogies.

These product are used in anntenas for mobile phone/car navigation and Bluetooth®.
